Our billing runs from the 1st of the month till the end of the month. On your first month's bill we charged you a prorated amount for the previous month you were installed in. For instance, if you were installed on the 15th of the month, expect your first month's bill to include roughly 45 days of service (the remainder of your first month with us, plus your first full month of service). Another example is if you were installed on the 27th, you may see roughly 33 days of service for example.

After the first bill, every subsequent bill will be a clear single monthly rate.
