Your first bill will include:

  1. Your utility and data service subscriptions, prorated from the date of install to the end of the first month you were connected.
    ​

  2. Your utility and data service subscriptions for the entirety of the current month.
    ​

    1. The ‘utility’ service portion goes to Underline, and your ‘data’ service portion goes to the ISP. As a reminder, you only pay one bill to Underline and Underline handles payment to the ISP on the back end.
      ​

    2. For example, if you have 500/500 Mbps service for $49 / month, you will see a $40 utility fee and a $9 service fee. If you have gigabit service for $65 / month, you will see a $50 utility fee and a $15 service fee.

  3. Your initial deposit will be applied as a credit and subtracted from the total.
    ​

For all future bills, you will only see the utility and data service subscriptions for the current month.

You can look at and pay your bill by logging into your account at app.underline.com and navigating to the ‘Billing’ tab.
