Your first bill will include:
Your utility and service fee for the current month.
The ‘utility’ portion is the fee that Underline receives, and your ‘service’ fee goes to the ISP.
If you have gigabit service for $65 / month, you will see a $50 utility fee and a $15 service fee.
Your utility and service fee, prorated, from the date of install to the end of the previous month
A credit of $49—your deposit—will be applied to the total of this bill
For all future bills, you will simple see a single utility and service fee for the current month
You can look at and pay your bill by logging onto your account at app.underline.com and navigating to the ‘Billing’ tab.
