Here are some frequently asked questions about the TV service offered by Stratus IQ:

What should I expect once I’ve signed up?

Once checkout with TV service signup is complete, you will receive an email from StratusIQ which will contain your StratusIQ TV login credentials. You will be able to use this info to sign in to the Stratus IQ TV app.


How long will it take before I can stream TV?

Your internet service needs to be hooked up before you can stream TV. You can expect to receive an email letting you know your TV service is available a few hours after activation.


Where can I start watching TV?

You can stream TV with the StratusIQ TV app on most smart TVs and your Apple and Android devices.



Which devices can be used to watch TV?

  • Apple TV


  • Android TV

  • Fire TV with Firestick

  • iPhones and iPads

  • Android phones and tablets

  • Most smart TVs


Can I stream anywhere?

You can stream StratusIQ TV content where you’re connected to your StratusIQ fiber internet. In most cases, you will only be able to stream at home.


How do I switch my TV package, add or remove premium content, and modify DVR and device streaming settings?

To modify your TV services, log in to your Underline Account, click “Modify services” from your Internet Provider overview, choose “Make a change to existing services,” then “Update TV package.” From here you can make any changes you want.


Where can I go to see channels that are included with my TV service?

Log in to your account at Underline > Go to Devices & Services > Expand Entertainment Services > Under TV Service, click “How to access.”
