To find your Xfinity Mobile account number:

  1. Log into your Xfinity account (preferably on a desktop computer)

  2. Navigate to the account section

  3. Look for "Account Details" or a similar area

  4. Your account number should be displayed there

If you can't find it, try logging in from a computer connected to your home Xfinity network for authentication.

To get your Xfinity account PIN:

  1. Log into your Xfinity account

  2. Click on the account icon at the top of the page

  3. Find and select "Your Account and Identity"

  4. Under "Your Information," choose "Xfinity ID and Security"

  5. Scroll to "Service Access" and select "Home Security PIN"

  6. Your CPNI security number (PIN) should be displayed

Transfer PIN

Method 1: Using the Xfinity App

  1. Open the Xfinity Mobile app

  2. Select the device and associated number you want to transfer

  3. Scroll to "Transfer your number or cancel this line"

  4. Select "Learn More"

  5. Choose the number to receive the transfer PIN

  6. You'll receive a text message with the PIN

Method 2: Contact Xfinity Support

  • Call Xfinity customer service at 1-888-936-4968

  • Use the online chat feature to speak with an agent

  • Visit the Xfinity support page for self-help options or to schedule a call

Important Notes

  • Always use a desktop browser if you're having trouble finding options in the mobile app

  • Don't cancel your Xfinity service before getting your transfer PIN and changing carriers

  • If you can't find the transfer PIN option, try logging out and back in, or contact Xfinity support directly

Remember to keep your account number and transfer PIN secure, as you'll need them when signing up with a new carrier to port your number.
